Paradigm Medical Management has embarked on a national effort to develop a network of Amputation Prevention Centers (APCs) with hospitals devoted to saving limbs. The network will utilize the most up-to-date technology and techniques and is destined to create a paradigm shift on how the treatment of lower extremity ulcers is delivered.
The national network under the banner “Amputation Prevention Centers of America” will be limited to approximately 20 centers nationwide with special emphasis placed regional medical centers belonging to multi-hospital systems. This multi-hospital affiliation is helpful to develop a “hub-and-spoke” model which will assist in the further development of a regional Center of Excellence. Hospitals not part of a multi-hospital system may be able to qualify under certain circumstances.
With guidance and support from world renowned experts from our Advisory Board, the Amputation Prevention Centers of America network will always be at the forefront of industry innovation on the treatment of non-healing wounds.
